Demolition was completed months ago on the second bedroom. There was water damage from the windows being installed incorrectly and possibly from a fire about 30 years ago. We tore out plaster and lathe, removed the baseboards, and added sisters to the existing framework. More plaster had to be removed for mold abatement.
